I have the right to decline any commissions and/or clients that I do not feel comfortable with.

Any tracing, heavy referencing and/or copying my art isn't allowed.

A flat-coloured reference sheet or picture is required for commissioning me. (Reference sheets excluding).

Reference sheet commissions require a point form description at the very least. (Extra fee of $15 will be given if it is not in a point form format).

As a client, you may upload your commission with proper credit.

The client can use their commission for Personal Use ONLY. (Icons, banners, wallpapers, or personal items such as a mousepad, stickers, a poster).

The client may NOT sell merchandise using any art I made for them unless they pay a 300% fee to purchase the commercial rights of said commission.

Clients are not allowed to ask other artists to make changes on their commissions.

The client may not remove any watermarks/signatures on their commission.

I do NOT permit my art to be used for NFTs!

All payments are done in USD and either through Paypal or SquareUp invoices.

NFTs are not accepted under any circumstances!

Invoices must be paid within 48 hours upon being sent unless discussed prior. Failure to pay within this time frame will result in cancellation of the commission.

Payment plans can be talked about for orders over $200.

I do not start any work until it is fully paid.

Any rush orders are to have an additional 50% fee added to the commission to be first in my queue.

Client may request to not have their commission uploaded for an additional fee of 20% of the original price.

My commissions can take up to 2 to 3 months max to be completed.

I will send out a WIP (work in progress) during the sketch phase for every commission. You may request WIPs of the other phases but I do not send those unless asked.

You may ask for changes of the pose and/or expression on the sketch phase only.

Any minor changes in the final product may be requested without a fee (Missing a marking, incorrect colours and/or changing the colour of a flat or gradient background).

Bigger changes to the commission such as changes to the lineart or redrawing parts will have extra fees that are $10 or more depending on the change.

Any addition to a piece in progress or finished will have an added fee depending on complexity.

I may choose to cancel a commission at any time and a refund will be given to the client.

The client may NOT demand to cancel their commission and get a refund if payment has already been processed.

A client may only request a cancellation and refund if a commission has exceeded the turnaround time and not been updated on their commission.

Partial refunds would be given if work has been started on any cancelled orders along with the unfinished piece. (The amount will depend on the phase it was cancelled at).

Full refunds would be given if I haven't started the commission and it is cancelled.

Any chargebacks filed against me will result in being blacklisted from future commissions. If it was on a YCH, I will resell it to a different client.
